4th grade Strings Concert

The upper grades at our school have the amazing opportunity to take music from very talented, and patient musicians! Fourth graders select from a strings instrument or vocal... and then they add instruments offered as they get older... really a neat experience! T is having a blast and is learning a lot about music... at the beginning of the year he had NO idea what a viola was, and now he is doing a beautiful job playing pieces like, "Jingle Bells", "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", and the others are symphony #s and I have NO idea what they are, but they sound pretty... I was very impressed with how well they did today!!! i will try to put video on soon!

Home for Christmas... part 2

and then on to nana and papas... we had another fun Christmas with them, a house full of children, wrapping paper, yummy dinner, guitar playing and singing!!! we had a roller skating, bar b q eating, new years eve partying, hangin out with old friends good time!!! we love you guys and look forward to your next visit!!!
